Terms And Conditions

These Terms and Conditions establish a binding legal agreement between you (referred to as "the User") and DSIMFly, a private limited company registered in England, with its office located at …………………………………..(Enter registered address here)

Registration

An Embedded Subscriber Identity Module (eSIM) enables the Customer to access the network without requiring a physical SIM card. To purchase an eSIM, the User must register via our Application and confirm that their device is not locked to any network. Acceptance of the Terms of Use is necessary to complete registration and purchase. The DSIMFly Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy are accessible through the Application during registration.

User Responsibilities

When using our Services, you agree to:

Terms for Using DSIMFly Services

To use DSIMFly services, the Customer must accept the General Terms and Conditions. The Customer, either directly or via a third party (such as a hotel or travel agency), must provide required information through the DSIMFly website (d-sim.co.uk), including their first and last name, billing address, and email. The Customer is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account details and SIM security codes. To be eligible for the Services, the Customer must be at least 18 years old.

The Services will only be activated once the following steps are completed:

  1. You have purchased a Plan;
  2. The eSIM has been installed and connected to a network in the country where you have purchased the Plan.

Please note that the Services do not support calls or access to emergency services. Although a number may be assigned to your data Plan, this does not entitle you to permanent ownership of the number, and it may be changed or withdrawn without prior notice.

Device Compatibility

It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure their device is compatible with eSIM and unlocked. Device compatibility can vary by carrier and country of origin. The Customer is encouraged to check device compatibility using the list provided at checkout. By confirming the compatibility of their device, the Customer assumes responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided. Please note that the compatibility list is not exhaustive, and some newer eSIM-compatible devices may not yet be listed.

Your Plan

1. Plans are typically activated and paid for through the DSIMFly app.

Plans are valid for the specified duration and data allowance. To avoid service disruption, you must renew your Plan before your data expires We may offer an auto-renewal option, where your payment method is charged at the end of each Plan period to maintain uninterrupted service. The recurring payment may change if you modify your Plan or we adjust prices, with prior notice provided. You can cancel auto-renewal or update payment preferences anytime through the App or by contacting our customer support team. Any changes to auto-renewalor cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the current Plan expires to take effect.

Data usage is rounded up to the nearest kilobyte at the end of each session. All unused data will expire immediately if your Plan is terminated for any reason.

Our network providers measure your data usage. Once your data allowance is depleted, you will no longer be able to send or receive data via the DSIMFly network. Data usage is higher when performing bandwidth-heavy activities, such as video streaming or using your device as a mobile hotspot.

You remain responsible for all activity on your account, even if another person uses your device. If you purchase additional data or a new Plan, your usage will reset, and speeds will be restored.

Certain activities, such as tethering or using your device as a modem, may be allowed under your Plan but are subject to our Fair Use Policy.

Network access requires a capable device and an eSIM, and the availability, speed, and coverage may vary. During peak times, network providers may reduce speeds. Data-heavy activities like online gaming and streaming may be restricted or unavailable in areas with limited coverage.

Network service is influenced by multiple factors, and coverage and quality may change without prior notice. Outages and interruptions may occur on third-party networks, and we cannot be held responsible for any service disruptions or reductions in speed or coverage.

If you violate our Fair Use Policy or misuse our Services in a way that negatively impacts the network or other users, we reserve the right to reduce your speeds or suspend your service.

Payment for Your Plan

All prices include UK VAT and are quoted in British pounds (£), with payments processed in the same currency.

No refunds are provided if your device is incompatible with eSIM or is locked by a mobile provider. Each Plan has a set validity period, and no refunds will be issued for unused data after the Plan expires.

We regularly review and update the pricing and structure of our Plans.
